14-day refund window
For one-time Praecheck personal licences, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us with the email address used at checkout and your order or transaction reference.
How refunds are processed
Where Paddle is the merchant of record, approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times can vary by bank or payment method.
Abuse and exceptional cases
We may decline repeated or abusive refund requests where permitted by law. If the software is defective or does not match its description, contact us so we can investigate. This policy does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have.
